In Hawaii conservationists of all sorts and from all over the globe will meet again for the 6th World Conservation Congress, 1-10 September. Many CSVPA members will again be present networking and promoting the work of CSVPA. CSVPA will be working on the following sessions about the cultural and spiritual significance of nature in the governance and management protected and conserved areas:

The sessions and the motion are part of the CVSPA programme on the cultural and spiritual significance of nature that is focusing on the development of IUCN Best Practice Guidelines and Training modules on the topic. Read more about this here.
