To celebrate the III Latin America and Caribbean Congress of Protected Areas, the WCPA is seeking nominations for the following awards:
The Packard Award – To recognise outstanding lifelong service to protected areas in Latin America and the Caribbean Nomination Form
The Miller Award – To recognise Innovation in protected areas in Latin America and the Caribbean. Nomination form
Nominations should be submitted to wcpa@iucn.org by 15 December 2018.
The awards will be presented at the III Latin America and Caribbean Congress of Protected Areas, Lima, Peru, March 17-20 2019.
Would be good to see some nominations which emphasise the cultural and/or spiritual values of protected areas.
